Payment:
We accept major credit cards, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Money Orders and Paypal. NO personal checks or C.O.D. orders. (All money orders must clear before merchandise is shipped)

Shipping:
Beau Cheveux is committed to serving you in a prompt manner. We offer shipping with FEDEX, and UPS to fulfill your shipping needs, from overnight to ground service to international.

Refunds and Exchanges:
Please remember to place your order with care. Custom Wigs take approximately 4-8 weeks for delivery. All custom made extensions and hair pieces are final sales. A 50% deposit is required on all custom orders. Ready-made goods may be exchanged within 14 days of shipping date and must be unopened. All exchanges are subject to a restocking fee and we do not offer refunds on shipping charges.

Licensed Stylist
Licensed Cosmetologist can receive samples by providing a copy of the cosmetology license. Please fax a copy of your license to (703) 799-7901. Please be sure to include mailing address and contact phone number.
