Shipping:
Beau Cheveux is committed to serving you in a prompt manner. We offer shipping with FEDEX, UPS, DHL and USPS to fulfill your shipping needs, from overnight to ground service to international.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Please remember to place your order with care. Custom Wigs take approximately 4-8 weeks for delivery. All custom made extensions and hair pieces are final sales. A 50% deposit is required on all custom orders. Ready-made goods may be exchanged within 14 days of shipping date and must be unopened. All exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee and we do not offer refunds on shipping charges.
